Book Blogger Hop and Follow Friday (7)

BBH is hosted by Crazy-For-Books and FF is hosted by Parajunkee.

follow friday

This week’s question is:

Q. The magic book fairy pops out of your cereal box and says "you and your favorite character (from a book of course) can switch places!" Who are you going to switch with?

A. This is way too easy. I would trade places with Annabeth from Percy Jackson. I actually hate her as a character, but I love her world. *BIGGEST MARY SUE EVER*, but I love the books. SO. MUCH. Another obvious answer would be Hermione from HP. She’s just so quirky and smart! I like her. And I love Hogwarts. And pretty much everything having to do with that. Hardcore Potter fan at your service :D

This week’s question is:

A. Probably Rick Riordan or J.K. Rowling. Unique choice, I know. Also Veronica Roth. Totally.

so that’s it for me! who would you like to meet? who would you switch places with? leave me a comment below!

enjoy! -m

  1. Ooo...yeah, the world of Percy Jackson would be quite fun to jump into!

  2. I think I am the only person on the planet who has not read Percy Jackson. Eeeeeks. What can I say? I would love to enter the world of HP, but I think I would be sad to leave at the end of the day.

    Check out my answer-->

  3. I haven't read Percy yet but have him on my shelves. Hermione seems to be a very popular choice! Isn't she awesome!!

  4. Hello! New follower here :D

I'm such a huge fan of Harry Potter that I'm afraid of reading Percy Jackson in fears of being converted LOL!

    Here's my Follow Friday post!

  5. Ahh I couldn't find your Google Follower button so I'm following on Twitter instead (: Will be back soon!

  6. Hi & Happy Friday!

    My FF,

    Have a nice weekend.

  7. Haven't read Percy Jackson...T.T I agree, Hermoine is one of my faves in HP. Good choice!

  10. Hi, new follower here from the hop. Great choice I love Percy Jackson! Nice blog!

    Here is mine:

  11. Hermione was my first choice! Annabeth would be my second. Screw that, I'd just go be a boy and be Percy! I love that whole series!

    I am a new follower. :)

  12. The Percy Jackson world is such a good choice. It never felt quite as dangerous as the HP books to me. :) I never thought of Annabeth as a Mary Sue but I guess I can kinda see it.
    Happy Friday!

  13. I'm just hopping by...
I've heard a few people mention J.K. Rowling and I couldn't agree more! I'd also like to meet Suzanne Collins.
    Have the best weekend!

  14. Old follower! I would love to meet JK Rowling! Her Harry Potter world is amazing! I have Divergent and I've heard it's amazing so I would probably want to meet Veronica Roth too! Happy hopping :)

  15. Wow! Every answer I’ve read is a great one. Some have been surprising, too.

The one author I have to meet before I die? Tricky question! It took me a long time – much longer than usual – to come up with an answer.

Who’s that author I’m dying to meet?

Hop this way to find out my roguish answer –

    Howard A. Sherman, Implementor

  16. O: The Percy jackson series was simply amazing! I can't wait for the "Son of Neptune!" I miss Percy narrating ]= Thanks for dropping by my blog! Have a happy friday!

  17. Tough questions this week. There are so many good answers, it's hard to choose. I think I'd like to be Elena Michaels from Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld series. Not only is she the only female werewolf but she's married to Clay. Mmm... I'm a new follower, have a great weekend!

  18. Ha ha, don't feel bad for making obvious choices! Rowling and Riordan are popular because they're good.

I also think it's a good idea to pick the world, even if the character's not great - after all, if you switch places with her, you'll make her cooler.

    New follower, BTW!
